Paula Dunne is a graduate of Lansdowne College of Acupuncture and Complementary Medicine with a Diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Certificate in Clinical Medicine. She also has ITEC Diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology, Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Paula has been in practice for ten years.
Paula is registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland and teaches holistic studies to diploma level at the Drogheda Institute of Further Education.
She has attended advanced courses in Reflexology and Acupuncture at ARC House, Walmer College and the Cork Institute of Postgraduate Acupuncture.

Zita Donoghue BSC graduated from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Health Science.
Physical Therapy is a healthcare profession which involves the treatment or management of pain, disability and impaired movement by means of massage, myofascial techniques, joints mobilisations and exercises.
Zita has over nine years’ experience working in both private practice and with sports teams. She has advanced her knowledge by completing courses in Dry Needling, Kinesio-taping and core strength & flexibility training.
